Step 3: Wait for a phone call from us to confirm dress selection, sizes and shipping address. We'll also collect a credit card number for the $100 shipping charge and to hold as a security deposit.
Step 4: When the gowns arrive, try them on with your family and friends and be prepared to fall in love! You have 3 days to decide which dress you want to keep.
Step 5: Mail the dresses that you don't want to keep back in the same box (and condition) that they came in with the pre-paid shipping label.
Step 6: If you found your dream dress then congratulations-you're all set! If they weren't quite right, then we'll discuss other style or size options. We want you to be happy and confident in your choice. There is no obligation to keep one or to buy a dress from us. If you want to try other dresses on then we can start over with step #1.

-What if you don't have the dresses that I love in my size?
If we don't have your right size in-stock then we will discuss ordering and see what works with your timeframe. We can also send you similar styles. We have plenty of dresses in-stock that aren't pictured on our website.
-What if I need more time to decide?
No worries! Like, we said, we want you to be confident in your wedding gown. If you need more than 3 days with the dresses please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate your needs.
-What if I don't like any of the dresses that I picked?
We totally get it! Often dresses look completely different on us than they do on a model or in a picture. Don't stress-we're here to help. We love to give style suggestions and would be happy to send you a different set of dresses to try. There is just an additional shipping charge for another set of gowns.
